Give a gift of the Arts!

It’s a present that’s maintenance-free, just the right size and doesn’t take up much space in a drawer or on a shelf. In time for gift-giving, Mineral Area Council on the Arts is offering lovers of the arts a 3-Pack ticket deal this holiday season that gives the ticket-bearer entry to three not-to-be missed performances in 2016.

For only $40, you receive a ticket to the following three events:

  •  Zydeco Dancehall Concert on Jan. 22 at Alexander’s at the Factory,
  • The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra concert on Feb. 11 at the Centene Center
  • Broadway’s Next H!t Musical on April 2 at the Centene Center.

This special offer may be purchased online at Eventbrite.com or by calling our office, (573) 518-2125.

Sometimes it’s hard figuring out exactly what to buy someone! Is it the right size, is it to their taste, do they have room in their house for it? Each of these performances has such a broad range in terms of age and appeal, we thought we’d package them together especially for gift-givers who can’t decide what to give the person who has everything.

The Zydeco Dancehall Concert takes place on Friday, Jan. 22, at Alexander’s Ballroom at the Factory in Farmington. Individual tickets are $10, available at Eventbrite.com or at the door. Sponsored by 573 Magazine and the arts council, the evening begins with dance lessons at 6:45 p.m., followed by live music by the Boudin Brothers at 7:30 p.m. (Individual tickets are also available for this show at Eventbrite.com)

The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra performs on Thursday, Feb. 11, 7 p.m. at Centene Center. Reserved seating is $17.50, but discounted pricing is available for groups of 10 or more. The performance is being sponsored by the arts council and the City of Farmington. (Individual tickets may be purchased at the Farmington Civic Center or charged by phone at (573) 756-0900)

Broadway’s Next H!t Musical, an improvisational musical comedy, will be performed on Saturday, April 2, at 7 p.m. at the Centene Center.  Tickets for this show will be available in February. The only place to guarantee your seat at this time is through our special 3-pack offer!

For more information on any of these upcoming events, contact Danielle at (573)518-2125.
